Vinod Indian student in Poznan

Who are you? Briefly describe yourself (where do you come from, what do you study, etc.)

I am Vinod from South part of India. I live in Poznan like for two years studying Masters in corporate management from Poznan University of Technology.

What has surprised you in Poland?

Poland has surprised me a lot when i arrived here. I was thinking all Europeans speak English as well. And the hospitality of polish people are so nice they are friendly. And at last the girls surprised me a lot because they are beautiful.

How did you come up with the idea of studying in Poland?

I was in France 2009 for taize and for a short visit I was in Poznan so I made a decision to come up Poznan to study as the cost not so expensive comparing to other western countries.

Do you remember the first days of studying in Poland? Describe the struggles you went through:

Not much problems but there was not able to cope up with the lectures delivered in English by the professors. But the days goes on we are used and well understood.

Tell us about the differences between studies in Poland and studies in India:

Comparing India and Poland studies. They have their own unique nature. The exam pattern is different, subjects delivered also different. The total education system are have different comparing India and Poland.

What do you like about studying in Poland?

The subjects that delivers in a Practical way and theoretical is well for students. Professors really understand where the student stands. Management well helpful for foreigners always.

Do you know any famous people from Poland?

I know the famous person Pope John Paul II.

Describe the places in Poland that has a positive influence on you:

Poznan very nice city with a good atmosphere. Wroclaw many good architecture buildings.

Tell us about the country you've always wanted to visit, but still haven't:

I always wanted to visit London. But still have no chance to go there.

Are you a member of any student's club or organization? Tell us something about it:

No I am not.

Would you like to come back to Poland in the future? Why?

Of course for a vacation and holiday.
