Interview with Portuguese student in Poznan
Who are you? Briefly describe yourself (where do you come from, what do you study, etc.)
Name's Davi. I'm from Portugal, studying at University Beira Interior. I used to be on student's exchange in the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan last year.
What has surprised you in Poland?
The size of beer cans, there are no small ones. I also thought it will be colder and the prices much lower, than in Portugal.
How did you come up with the idea of studying in Poland?
I caught an occasion spontaneously. Really fast decision.
Do you remember the first days of studying in Poland? Describe the struggles you went through:
I was afraid of myself. I thought people were staring at me and I didn't understand the language.
Tell us about the differences between studies in Poland and studies in Portugal:
Studies in Portugal are cost, very expensive, also before studies you must write national exam.
What do you like about studying in Poland?
People. They are very kind and know how to party.
Do you know any famous people from Poland?
Describe the places in Poland, that have a positive influence on you:
Poznan, Wroclav, Krakow. I like the last one mostly.
Tell us about the country you've always wanted to visit, but still haven't:
Brasil and the rest of Latin America.
Have you made any permanent relations with polish students? What do you like in the most of them?
Yes, I found some friends, they are "zaj**iscie".
Would you like to come back to Poland in the future? Why?
